Cannot Send Mail

I am trying to send an email from my iPhone 11 through my icloud account and a notification pops up saying "Cannot Send Mail" "The user name or password for "iCloud" is incorrect".


I had not changed anything in the past 6 months.


I have tried on WIFI and off WIFI.


I have restarted the device.


I have now changed my Apple ID password.


Still not able to send emails.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 17
