Error after iOS 17.3 update “Couldn’t save content..”

I’ve been saving business documents and photos on a daily basis to Dropbox from my iPhones for YEARS with no problem, until I uploaded 17.3 yesterday.

Now I get an error “Couldn’t save content. Please check your internet connection and refresh the page.”

Absolutely nothing I try “refreshes the page” And my internet is fine for every other application.

Suggestions?

Is this page monitored by Apple to issue a fix?
