Stolen Device Protection not showing up, im updated to IOS 17.3 on an iPhone 15 pro

I'm updated to IOS 17.3 on an iPhone 15 pro and this is all he sees under Face ID & Attention. I had him check two factor authentication and it was enabled for his Apple ID and he enabled significant locations as well under Privacy & Security.

I'm stumped at this point on why it's not showing. Hopefully someone can help.

No, it's my phone. I got an answer from perplexity.ai that worked for me(see below). In short, I toggled off Content & Privacy Restrictions, restarted my phone, and now Face ID & Passcode show up in Settings.

"If the Face ID and Passcode options are missing from your iPhone's settings, it may be due to the activation of Restrictions on your device. To check and potentially disable Restrictions, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If Restrictions are enabled, you will need to enter your Screen Time passcode to change these settings1

. Additionally, software glitches or bugs, especially after a recent iOS update, could also be the cause. If this is the case, restarting your iPhone might resolve the issue2

. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact Apple Support for further assistance"
