How to stop seeing my photos in standby mode?
The new standby mode started showing me my photos, despite having “show featured content,” already turned off.

I tried doing what you said. On my phone, “Standby” isn’t listed under Display & Brightness.
I was now able to find Standby under settings, but “show featured content.” Wasn’t included under it. My only option seems to be turning Standby off all together, which is better than nothing.
Double-check the Standby mode settings. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Standby and ensure "Show Featured Content" is still turned off.
There is no "STANDBY" anything under "Display & Brightness"
