Continuing MAC, IPhone and Apple ID issues

In addition to losing and not being access to my main Apple ID of 20 years, within months of purchasing of MacBook Pro, I encountered issues both with the computer and Apple IDs being inaccessible requiring me to create new ones of which I have kept a list. I have spent more time both on the phone with Apple support and in the stores to fix my the computer and Apple ID issues to no avail. At one point, after hours on the phone, I was told they would replace the MacBook given I had issues with it shortly - within a few months - of purchasing it. I want my original Apple ID back and replacement of computer I cannot use and has costs me time and work and money. I am not sure what to do at this point except drive to Apple in Cupertino near where I went to school - Stanford or go to Stanford’s department which specializes in this issue to see what is going on as it makes no sense and I am never getting any help from Apple Support. I would appreciate any insight to what is going on with my problems with Apple since my divorce. I never had issues before and my devices would last for years whereas since divorcing I have had to continuously replace computers. I have tried Microsoft Surface which lasted a month, a Dell Computer given my Macbook continues to be inconsistent in operating - now I am using an IPad. I also had a Google Chrome and Lenovo all which stopped working. We live in a digital age as much as enjoy reading and other activities so it is imperative this is resolved. There seems to be a digital ecosystem; however a company as profitable and powerful as Apple should be compelled by good business practice to resolve these ongoing issues, which they have not for years.
