MacBook Pro 2016 Screen Ghosting, Whites too bright, no details

I see phantom images of previous opened apps, this does not go away. It gets 10% better after running screen saver, but never fully goes away, or even close. The brightness looks to be too much on certain colors, lack of details, and colors seem to be off, Especially the color WHITE. I will try to attach a photo in comments, wont let me add to this post. Any ideas how to fix this?
