Black Screen appears on iMac during Bootcamp restart

I'm getting a black screen with no cursor after Bootcamp restarts my 2017 5k Imac to continue the windows 10 installation. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I've tried several different OS versions High Sierra, Mojave, Monterey, and Ventura.

I did this successfully in 2018 with the Imac's original HDD. The HDD died so a repair shop replaced it with a 1TB SSD and cleaned the internals too.
