My internet was running slow today so I went and checked my mobile data usage and I’m at 412 GB used in the last 6 days! The biggest offender being instagram at 109 GB and system services following with 63 GB. I also show 32 GB used on my mobile hotspot which I have not used during this period. What is going on here??

Same here (On iPhone 12), also my phone drops calls now and freezes in the settings app when I’m trying to click on WiFi tab or any other tab in general and to mention I’m only getting 2 bars of service now out of nowhere
