MacBook power on issue

MacBook 2017 doesn’t power on (could take up to 30 min).

there is a problem with the flash storage which requires replacing the logic board.

Since the repair cost is expensive, do you recommend fixing it? Will I be able to use it for few years? Or shall I give up and get a brand new MacBook Air M2?

Your advise is highly appreciated

The cost of that seems to be 50% of the device cost. Unfortunately, this mac book air is just out of warranty. Any other tips and tricks to understand what the root cause seems to be?

Did you try resetting SMC?

If I were you, I will get new MacBook Pro.
