removed iphone locked to owner

i had let my mom use my iphone 8 plus for a while and her step daughter had took the phone and change the apple account infomation now i am lock out of my phone i factory rest the iphone 8 plus but now it is says iphone locked to owner please help me unlock my phone thank you.

You will need to get the Apple ID/Password from the person that entered it. The only other option would require your original receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Reseller showing your name and serial number of the device. You can then request to have the lock removed.
