After updating to Mac OS 14.3 when I try importing a music CD into my Apple Music library I get "An unknown error occurred (-54)".
I was able to import music off of a CD in 14.2, but after updating to 14.3 I can no longer import music off of a CD into my Apple Music library.

After I updated to 14.3.1 I could no longer import CDs to my Music library. Turned on the radio button for removable volumes and now I can import CDs again. Thanks!
Cheers Stefano, Worked a treat. Thank you so much. Why are there new problems like this when OS is upgraded? I'm so glad there are user that come up with fixes so quickly.
The access to the Superdrive is blocked. Go to System Preferences >
Privacy and Security > Files and ... > find the Music App icon,
click on it, activate External devices ticking the button. This worked
for me.
This is exactly what happens to me after installing Sonoma 14.3. Hope this problem will be solved soon!
