Keynote, iCloud

I created a Keynote presentation months ago, I go on it every now and then to add in little notes. I come home from college last night and the presentation is gone. It's not anywhere on my iPad or iMac, it's not in the cloud, and it's not in my trash, or in files. I should add that two weeks ago the Keynote app un-downloaded, so it was still on my Home Screen, however it had the iCloud icon next to it. Did that have to do with my presentation disappearing? How do I get it back? Someone please help, I have really important information stored on it.
