Siri turns on Amazon music instead of speaking answers

When I say hey siri, Siri’s volume is very very low and Amazon music comes on automatic very loud!

I don’t even want Amazon music.

Siri not working while a song is playing Ok so I use Spotify to listen to music and sometimes it’d be nice to skip a song hands free except. “Hey siri” doesn’t work when a song is playing, I have tried a few things such as attempting to turn off “hey Spotify” which doesn’t exist anymore, turning off “listen for hey siri” “press side button for Siri” “allow Siri when locked” restarting and turning them all back on, and a few more things I can’t remember, I’ve tried a lot. nothing. works..

Siri volume is fixed but I had to delete Amazon music to get Siri to function correctly. Otherwise Siri went straight to the Amazon music app and turned it on both on my iPhone and my car play!
