Error during Install Win10: "no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key" MacBookPro2012

Hi everybody,

I have a MacBook Pro (mid 2012), Catalina 10.15.7, I'm trying to install Windows 10 with bootcamp assistant and a Usb2 Flash. I did all the steps. Downloaded microsoft iso file from official website and start the assistant. everything is ok but after creating BOOTCAMP, Mac restart to install windows but after a white screen this error appears: "no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key".

How can I fix it?
