Apple Music App won't automatically play the next song on my Apple Watch

Hi all,

I'm not sure when it started, a recent update maybe, although now when I'm running with my Apple Watch using my JBL Bluetooth headphones.

I'll start a playlist and when a song finishes it won't automatically play the next song... (incredibly annoying)... I have to switch back to the Music App and press play or next to play the next song. It doesn't matter if the play list is on shuffle, repeat, etc... it just won't auto play the next song.

If I just press next before a song finishes, then it goes ahead to the next song, it's only if I don't touch it... it consistently won't play the next song.

Has anyone run into this and have a solution?

I can't wipe the watch and start again as unfortunately it has the only copy of some of my music on it.
