can I obtain inserts for the Apple Vision Pro from other vendors than Zeiss?

Zeiss has incorrectly determined that they can't make inserts for my Apple Vision Pro given my prescription, even though the prescription is within their limit: -11.00D to +6.75D!!

Can I have the inserts made by other vendors?

Apple has not provided any vendor other than Zeiss for optical inserts. You will need to work with them to get a specific reason why they are unable to make the inserts for you.
