My Apple watch says Turn on Location Services to Allow "Siri & Dictation" t determine your Location - Settings - Cancel.

I tap on Location - Settings - Cancel and nothing happens so apparently my watch is locked up. What do I do now?

Apple Watch Keeps Asking For Location Permission Apple watch prompt everyday, when I open a location based app, if I would give permission to my location. This is very annoying because I use these apps a lot. I walk out the door, ask Siri to lock my front door and instead of just doing it and can go on my day, it won’t do it because *ping* *ping* I have to allow my location first. Resolve that, ask Siri again and then my door is finally locked. It’s really growing on my nerves… I already disconnected my watch, paired it to my phone again, up to date with system updates, my phone location settings on those apps are set to “Always”. Why can’t they be on my watch?

Apple Watch’s Siri can’t tell the weather forecast and says instead: “I can't tell your location because of your settings.” Asking my Apple Watch (watchOS 11) for the weather, e.g. by saying “How's the weather today?” I unfortunately always receive this error message: “I can't tell your location because of your settings. Where would you like to hear the weather for?” I’ve seen a similar thread here but it’s unfortunately locked already, so I decided to ask this question again but also provide the solution, that worked for me. On the iPhone (iOS 18), under Settings Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Siri I checked “While Using the App”. That solved the problem for me. Hope it helps others, too!

Apple Watch GPS is not working in workout I’ve been using the outdoor running function on the workout app for years. But recently stopped working. By the time it was not working, I was using an Apple Watch 6 and now I am using an Apple Watch 9. So for sure it's something not related to the watch itself but the Iphone setup. I have of course set up all location services on (including the one in the apple watch but also the iphone) ... I have seen all recommendations in this forum including restarted the conection with the phone, deleting app watch and installed it again... no success. Another clue... when i go to the watch set up location options, location is on and in workout app is also set up on when using the app , but something strange is that I cannot change any of the options inside every app ( options like activate location never, always, when using the app).. take a look at the screenshot , it seems the options are "fixed" with a black screen like a filter and cannot touch or change them... any help? (look at the screenshot where you will see that those options have like a black filter screen and cannot change those) ..
