Tomorrow, I'd like to pre-order a Vision Pro, but it appears that you have to use the Apple Store app on the iPhone or iPad to complete the purchase. I usually go through the Apple Military discount store on my MacBook Pro for Apple purchases to get the military discount, but I don't know how to have it applied on the Apple Store application.

You need to go through the website to get the Military discount. There is no option to do so through the app.
Whether the Vision Pro will be available through there tomorrow is unknown at this time.
