Update 17.2.1 messed up my Outlook.
I have both Yahoo and Outlook email account my phone. Yahoo not affected. Outlook is all good except for my Inbox, the one thing I need. I have never had a problem with any other update.

contact Microsoft support or look at their help forum for "Outlook is all good except for my inbox".
