Apple Watch - Move Goal not updating

My 1000 days Move goal has been stuck at 925 for the last months. This is despite the fact that I am hitting my move goal daily. All other goals dependent on the move goal are updating.

any suggestions?

Updated Apple Watch to 10.4 and it no longer tracks my activity I updated my Apple Watch to WatchOS 10.4 last night and this morning it has stopped recognising any movement/motion. For example, it no longer 'wakes' when I raise my wrist despite 'wake on wrist' being turned on. It also doesn't read my heart rate or track any calories burnt, steps, standing hours (no activity at all). I have completely reset and re-paired my watch with my iPhone as well as restarting both of the devices and nothing has worked. The sensor on my watch is still lit up green so I assume that it isn't broken so I am thinking that this might be as a result of the software update! Has anyone got any tips on how to fix this... I also know someone else who has had this problem since updating to 10.4!

Apple watch series 8 activity rings not updating. Bought new watch series 8 last month, up until today morning activity was getting updated immediately. But today morning activity rings did not reset to 0, had to restart. Again in the evening after finishing outdoor walking activity for 2kms, move and exercise rings did not update. Restarted again to see updated data. Has anyone faced this issue, if yes what could be the issue and resolution.

I made it to 1989 before it stopped incrementing. I'm not sure how long ago it stopped, despite my repeated closing of my rings.
