Bootcamp restarts my MacBook into a black screen. Laptop is still on but black screen.

Using a 2016 Macbook Pro 16 inch

Tried to install Windows 10 on my MacBook. Went through the process. Partitioned my drive and selected my iso. I even verified my iso was authentic and verified. went to install windows and after the laptop restarted it brought me to a black screen. At this point its still on and running but it just has a black screen and i cant seem to do anything. Normally it should boot to Windows setup right? When i off and on my laptop again, and go to check the bootcamp partition, only 100mb have been taken up which shows nothing much has been installed on it.
