Unable to fix sound distortion problems on MacBook Pro M1

In December 2023, I bought a Macbook Pro 16 M1 PRO with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

On January 14, 2024, I upgraded to macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71). Today morning, when I started playing music on YouTube, I encountered my speaker's sound distortion and crackling. I feel so bad now, and I'm not sure what's going on.

Does anyone know the problems, and anyway, can I fix this problem?
