i turned off all Feature Flags in Safari and it totally shut it down. What are feature flags? Can someone tell me why: send mouse events to disabled form controls would effect how safari works on a iPhone.

i was told today by apple senior Advisor CODY at apple support. Cody first said i could delete SAFARI AND TOGGLE Feature Flags to off on my i phone. I knew i couldn't do either and i waited till Cody said that it is not possible. then he said i do not need to have any of the featured Flags Toggled on and safari would work, i knew that it wouldn't but i let Cody say whatever he thought. I asked if there is a Apple support that explains each individual featured flags and he said there is this community Discussion that could help or look them up on the internet. Why do i need to look up featured flags over the UNSURE-INTERNET THAT HAS PEOPLE Misinformed all the time on things that APPLE has INSTALLED ON MY $1,000.00 phone? so i am stuck here with no suppport or i look towards people who would give me any explanation.
