Saving Lyrics in Apple Music for Artist

When adding lyrics in Apple Music (via windows/chrome), I type out the lyrics according to the Review Guidelines for explicit music. I click Save. After a page refresh to look at how my lyrics are typed, it prompts me to "Add Lyrics". Are My Lyrics under review? Do I have to preform this function on a Mac? Is there any way to add this feature to mobile IOS? Thanks for your help!
