Apple TV keeps freezing

Attempting to watch Slow Horses on Apple TV and it keeps freezing. My TV is an LG 4K. I then attempted to watch it on my phone (iPhone 14) and it does the same. I tried all the troubleshooting tips I found elsewhere in this forum but nothing improves it. All apps are updated. Given that it’s even doing this on an Apple product, and that none of my other apps are doing this (Netflix, Amazon, Tubi, Paramount+, etc.) isn’t it logical to assume that this is an Apple TV problem?

Please contact the Apple Support staff, to have them look into this.

Try restarting your router and optional other networking gear, just to rule out those as a possible cause.

See if your iPhone does the same thing on Wi-Fi as on cellular.

I can’t replicate your experience, but localized/region issues can happen.

We are having the same problem.

We are streaming on an Blaupunkt TV (Sky Tech) with Android TV 11 OS, and Apple TV App.

Apple TV content crashes, TV turns off !

We have re-installed everything, tried all the settings, keeps happening.

Did you ever figure out why it was freezing? I am 💯 in same situation LG 4K tv and I don’t know what to do. I even reset my tv to factory settings because I thought it was cache, but still freezing-it would be awesome to know if you got it to work.
