jio cinema have no sound on apple TV

I have installed and using jio cinema app on my Apple TV. regardless of the content I play, I don't get any audio output from it. I use Bose sound touch 300 audio system. Has anyone experienced this? Let me know if any solution to this please.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 17

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Do other apps have normal sound?

I have same issue with Jio cinema and YouTube. Spotify, TV, music and other apps sound works fine !! Tried deleting and reinstalling. Did not work.
