Can't access AMD Radeon settings after Boot Camp update (Windows 10)

After Boot Camp Update 6.1.17,

C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\RadeonSettings.exe wont launch (hourglass, then nothing). Same for RadeonSoftware.exe.

Windows Device Manager reports Driver Version: 27.20.14540.15002 for AMD Radeon Pro 450, Apple MacBook Pro 15" (Late 2016).

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12
