Sharing iCloud with other iMacs

We have several iMac computers that are used by our employees and my wife and I have our own computers for our personal use. How can I be sure that our employees do not hav access to our personal and business documents via iCloud?

Accessing separate iCloud accounts with a MacBook Air I have set up two separate i Cloud accounts; one is personal the other is for employees. Of course I don't want them to access my personal i Cloud account and the employee IPads are set up to access the second account. I need to access and manage the second account using the Mac Book to be able to allow access to the i Cloud drive (not set up yet and not sure how to do that) where documents, photo's etc. can be available for their use. Two Goals: 1-How do I access and manage both accounts with the MacBook Air ? I can see my personal I Cloud Drive in Finder and would like to add the second. 2- I have also purchased a new I Pad which I would like to be able to have the same access. Not a top priority. Thx

Sharing documents in iCloud with Windows users I have all Macs in my business Can a colleague (partner) who only has a Windows computer use iCloud drive if I share my iCloud drive with them? And if I put Pages and Numbers documents in the iCloud drive, can they open those documents in the iCloud ?
