M1 MacBook Pro frequently crashing/restarting
As per this ticket's title, my MacBook Pro is crashing a lot as of recently. I usually notice my cursor/screen freezing up and then after 5 seconds or so the screen goes black and a restart is automatically initiated. Upon return to my desktop usually a Problem Report is available (attached an example).
I've already tried removing programs I recently installed as well as removing optional apps from automatic startup, but all without avail so far. I've also run Apple Diagnostics, but that only returned "There may be an issue with the power port (PPP020)" and I'm suspecting that only appeared because I ran the diagnostics while having my device on battery power.
Does anyone have any idea how to go about solving this? It's really starting to drive me crazy..
What is interesting is that it seems my MacBook is more likely to crash, the more 'intense' the activities I'm performing: having multiple apps and browser windows open usually (but not always..) triggers the crash within 10 minutes.
Thanks in advance for the help and thoughts..
