You do understand that with no passcode, that anyone who picks up your phone will have complete access to all of the data on the phone and they will also be able to lock you out of your own phone......correct?
Tap Settings
Tap Face ID & Passcode
Tap Turn Passcode Off
Follow the prompts

It is easy to remove just by following the steps provided by Bob Timmons. There is no one stopping you from doing that. There is also nothing stopping anyone else from gaining access to all of your data and passwords.
Do you have any Profiles installed at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management?
Do you have an Exchange email account for work emails?
Post a screenshot where it shows a list of the features you want. That list does not appear when I shut off the Passcode.
Did you read any of the information in this post?
An Apple Support document appears at the top of this post and I've provided step by step instructions in the post.
I did the instructions. But when I went to the page that said Passcode On, it would not let me press to off.
Also, when it takes me to the list of things of what feature I want—there is the option to turn Passcode Off. Says to click on the one I want but does not acknowledge the click.
What did not work for you after reviewing the article linked at the top of this screen. It shows the location of the switch to turn off.
