how do you fix a broken charger

I plugged in a charger and it said "this accessory might not be supported" and I was like "this is an accessory?" and everytime I plugged it in it stopped working and now my charger is broken and only works in certain angles. I cleaned out my charging port as well.

A charger for what? iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Mac, lots of different devices have lots of different chargers.

In general, check the power outlet is working, check that the cable is working, check for debris lodged in the charging socket and this particularly for Lighting on iPhone or iPad, and check whether the charger is working with another device.

Then if the charger is still failing, replace it.

If you want a new charger, buy one.

Or if your iPhone supports it, maybe switch to a MagSafe or Qi charger.

Usual is to replace the charger. Pretty much any 5W or higher charger will work, whether USB-A or USB-C when paired with the appropriate Lightning cable.

If you have to ask how to repair a charger, you probably don’t want to be using tools to force open and then more tools to repair a power supply and particularly one containing hazardous voltages.
