Touchbar controls in bootcamp no longer working but fn keys still work

I am having a problem with the touch bar on bootcamp with my macbook. While previously I had gotten it to work just fine, with both the touch controls and function keys working, in the last two days the touch controls have stopped working. 

The touch controls still display, but touching then now hits the corresponding fn key that is in that location on the touchbar. Ive tried reinstalling the newest drivers, as well as resetting the touchbar from the MacOS side. 

Does anyone have any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
