How to reset Siri's voices for read-aloud feature on iOS

I have my Siri language set to English (Australia). I also have the read-aloud what I select Accessibility option enabled with several languages set to a Siri voice (including English). They are all of the same gender too. But every couple of hours, all the Siri read-aloud voices aside from Siri English (Australia) disappear and I have to redownload them for them to work again just to have them go away once more a couple hours afterward. How do I resolve this problem?

Space is not the issue for me. I have 180 gigs left of space, yet I still have to redownload English Siri voice 2 everyday. It’s been like this for about 2 months now. It’s happening on my iPad as well. Could you tell me how to fix it?

Hi StarryPioneer!

Re: "iOS automatically deletes Siri's voices for read-aloud feature

(excluding the Siri voice for the language I set Siri to)"

Wondering if you have enough storage space on your iPhone for the read-aloud voices.

Eg: An iPhone needs around 8Gb free just so it can operate smoothly with whatever you ask of it.

To check Storage: Go to Settings  > General > iPhone Storage.

If you find you are short of storage space, it may explain why the Siri voices keep going away.

Seems, if needed, iPhone may make space to operate in, by deleting only what can be redownloaded.

If you find you need more free storage space in order to help keep the Siri voices on your iPhone:

Scroll to"Manage space on your iPhone" in Apple support's online article (link below)

As you want more control over the Siri voices than you have now:

You might want to send feedback to reach those who work behind-the-scenes at Apple. It won't help with an immediate fix right away, and they likely will not reply. However the more feedback they receive on an issue:

the more they can see which device models and iOS versions are affected,

and the more likely it is that we will see an update that addresses the issue:
