Kindle is crashing on my iPhone 14 Plus and on my iPad Pro First Generation since today, Jan 3, 2024
Both my iPhone 14Plus and my iPad First Generation were working fine with the Kindle app last night. I read a book with my iPad Pro and later transferred to reading the book with my iPhone. When I woke up this morning, I wanted to continue reading the book. Regardless of which device I chose from the two devices I mentioned above, it crashes. The app comes up for 2 or three seconds.
My IOS software on my iPhone 14 Plus and on my iPad Pro, First Generation are up to date.
I have tried deleting the app and installing it again on my iPhone 14 Plus, but it still crashes. Has anyone another suggestion that I might try before I call Amazon and ask for help?
