My Air Drop on Mac flickers in and out of view on my iphone

Just recently as I have been trying to share from my phone to my mac, the iphone will only recognize the mac for like a half second at a time. I can see my coworkers mac just fine, so I believe it is an issue with my mac. Any ideas how to reset it or fix it?

Air Drop Not Working on Mac mini Ventura 13.3.1 I've had two days of the Air Drop not working from my iPhone 13 v16.4.1 to my Mac mini. The phone says it's "waiting" on the Mac mini but nothing shows up on the Mac mini to Accept or Receive anything. "Allow accessory to connect?" flashes up and disappears before I can allow an iPhone to connect I can no longer connect my iPad or iPhone to my MacBook Air. When I connect the cable, the "Allow accessory to connect ?" panel flashes on the screen and is gone in about a tenth of a second. I only know that's the panel because I did a screen recording to capture it. This s the first time I've had any problems hooking up my iOS devices to my MacBook. Anyone have any ideas about this?

Air Drop Not Working Since Ventura My iPhone and MacBook Pro recognize each to share files but won't connect via Air Drop. This had been a problem in the past, but several months ago my phone started appearing in the Air Drop dialog box with both its "official" name along with a generic iPhone icon that started showing up. I could connect through the generic one going to and from the MacBook. But since installing Ventura that generic icon/option has disappeared and I'm back to the devices recognizing each other but not connecting to share files. (I can click on the icon for either one, but just get a "waiting" message.) I've tried resetting bluetooth on both devices - that helped but only temporarily. I frequently test music mixes to Files on the phone, but now my only option is to text mp3s to myself get them there. I don't want them in Music, which I know would be another workaround. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had the same problem on my work computer. But once I've updated at the lasted OS version (Sonomo 14.3), the problem was fixed.

But what I couldn't know is the zscaler app installed on my computer was preventing me to see that I needed an OS update.
