Roblox crashing on m2 air randomly

I am running low quality games and it crashes randomly every 30 min, its very annoying and a few months ago it would not, I have a max spec m2 air, this should not be happening.

MacBook Air (M2, 2022)

Yeah, this is also happening to me, it didn't before but now is, and when it crashes it the game just freezes, nothing happens but just freezes and you have to force quit. Also, on the other players POV in game, you just walk on the spot then leave.
