Problem with iCloud subscription payment

Received message “Problem with iCloud subscription payment”. My card is in good standing and I can use Apple Pay to make other payments but the one for iCloud+ storage will not go through.

I have tried and tried to up date my payment and can't get to the payment part of this. Why can't I just be sent to payment area or is this too tough
