My credit card is saying it is expired but I have been using this card for a couple of years and is not due to expire for a few years. It won’t let me delete it to re-enter the information. I have tried adding it again as a second method of payment but it keeps saying it is about to expire. Any suggestions?
I spoke to Apple Support last night. Apparently this is a known issue - they are calling me this morning to hopefully resolve the problem. I suggest you text or call Apple Support.

I am having the same issue. The message pops up when I try to buy/rent movies. I tried adding a different card, but it thinks that card has expired as well.
Mine is doing the same thing. But I haven’t gotten any email about it
If your credit/debit card is saying it’s expired, please contact the issuer/servicer of your credit card account. Are you receiving an email or text saying it’s expiring? If so, it could be a scammer.
