I have 2 subscriptions (trials) that I do not want to renew. Car play and sync - I see it in the list of app's but no option to cancel it. The other one is Total AV- I don't see it listed anywhere. But I want that one cancelled as well.

I have 2 subscriptions (trials) that I do not want to renew. Car play and sync - I see it in the list of app's but no option to cancel it. The other one is Total AV- I don't see it listed anywhere. But I want that one cancelled as well.

I've downloaded from the App Store 2 software applications that I want to cancel. One I don't see listed in my subscriptions at all is TotalAV. The other one doesn't give me the option to cancel (Car Play &Sync)

I've gone online to see how to cancel TotalAV and followed the instructions, but the app is not there. I don't want these to be renewed.

I believe these are free? Apple Car Play, when you connect your device to your car's auxiliary port or USB / charging port.

I'm not sure what TotalAV is....if it does the same thing your device does through your Bluetooth or USB connection then you are paying for something you don't need.

Try going to the App store and searching for the App and see if you can find an option to cancel that way.
