Unable to send a text from my second phone line

I have an Iphone 12 with Dual Sim. I am suddenly unable to send a text from my second telephone number. I've had no problems doing this in the past. I can receive text message. When I press to send a text, nothing happens.

My primary number works great. Haven't changed any settings. Thanks for your help.
