Contacts being added automatically

Hi, I noticed that recently contacts are being added to my contact app automatically which was not the case previously. This covers only the contacts email addresses. Can I disable that? I dont want to have the emails of each person I reply to as a contact in my phone. Thanks

A lot of contacts where added to my iPhone automatically Recently Apple added a zillion entries to my contacts. Contacts on iPhone Gmail keeps adding email contacts to my contacts list on my phone. I only want the contacts I put in manually. If I choose accounts on my phone and go to contacts and turn it off, ALL contacts vanish. How can I start over, deleting all the email addresses on my contacts list on my phone and just keeping the real contacts and their phone numbers? If there's no way to automatically do this, how can I save my real contacts so I will have them to refer to for the phone numbers in putting them back on manually?
