Gmail Labels/Folders MISSING on iPhone Mail App

Suddenly Gmail sub-folders (Labels/Folders) are missing on my Mail App.

Running IOS 17.2.1
Folders do appear when logging into Gmail online & through the Gmail app on iPhone
Checked .. all Labels are set to Show
Uninstalled Gmail account from phone and reinstalled Gmail .. problem still exists
Rebooted iPhone .. problem still exists

Hoping someone has solution ..

Empty "[Gmail]" Folder in Apple Mail App I have been using Apple Mail on my iPhone for several years now and recently got a MacBook. After hooking up two Gmail accounts to the Apple Mail app on the MacBook, I now see a grayed out (and empty) "[Gmail]" folder under both of these accounts on my iPhone. For context, these folders do not show up on my MacBook (only my phone), there are no messages in the folders, and no subfolders beneath them. Additionally, they did not exist on my iPhone prior to me adding the accounts on my MacBook. I am unclear how to get rid of them and would appreciate any insight into the matter. If it helps, my iPhone is running iOS 16.2 and my MacBook is on MacOS Ventura 13.1.

Mail move to folder suggestions stopped after ios 17 update Mail stopped automatically making folder suggestions when I am moving email. This happened after updating to iOS 17 on my iPhone 13.

Same issue appeared today. Rebooted the phone and folders were visible again. Sorry that didn't work for you; perhaps try again. Good luck.
