macbook showing wrong date and time, not loading sites.

I haven’t used my computer in a couple weeks so I go to use it today and it’s showing february 26th, the wrong time and websites won’t load at all. I restart it and same thing. i’ve disconnected and reconnected my wifi and power cycled the computer. it’s a macbook air 2023 w the latest software

Time and Date incorrect, Safari not connecting to Server I haven’t turned my MacBook Pro on in a few weeks, now I have turned it on the date is stuck on 30 November (this wasn’t the last date I turned it on) and the time is wrong. Safari is unable to connect to the server and all Microsoft apps are unable to connect to the network. Wrong Date when automatically set, despite doing everything. I didn’t use my Macbook Air M1 2020, for a month due to my very busy schedule. After a month when I restarted it I found that the internet was not working despite being connected to working Wifi. I found that my Macbook is showing wrong date when automatically set. It was more than 1.5 years off of current date. Also the time was incorrect despite being in correct time zone. I manually corrected time and date everything worked fine. but the problem still persists. Whenever I set date and time to automatic on system settings, my Macbook goes back 1.5 years to January 2022 and also wrong time. I have done everything from restarting my MacBook to Reinstalling the MacOS Ventura. But nothing seems to work. Please Help!

MacBook Pro showing incorrect time and date Hi All, Since an update about a year ago my MacBook has started displaying the wrong time and date. It looks like the clock just turns itself off when the MacBook lid is shut and then when reopened just acts like its that time. E.g Finish working on Saturday night at 7.30pm. Shut the lid and then reopen on Sunday Morning at 11.30am and the time still shows Saturday 7.30pm. Gone into settings, turned off auto update and back on again (which fixes the issue until the next time). Anyone have any ideas? It's really annoying!

I used my MacBook Air yesterday, powered it into sleep mode and today it’s showing as 1 Jan 23, won’t connect to websites despite WiFi connection, not connecting to mail servers or authenticating Microsoft.

Called Apple Support told me to take the date off auto and update it to todays date - all sorted!
