Safari sometimes refreshes to a completely different page than what I was on

Sometimes when Safari reloads a page it’ll reload to something completely different than what I was on. This has also happened when using the back and forward buttons

Safari opens the same page when clicking on the new tab button Hi! I'm experiencing a strange behavior. When I press the "+" button in Safari, which is supposed to open a new tab, it opens the same website I'm currently on.
