How to stop the top bar from autohiding?

Top bar keeps hiding until I put my mouse up there to show safari file view history etc. How can I make these items show all the time instead of disappearing?

With Sonoma, System settings, Control center, menu bar only and set the menu bar to show or not.

You can change the setting for the top menu bar.

Go to System Settings, and click on "Desktop and Dock" in the left sidebar.

See "Menu Bar" on the right

See "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" and click the up/down arrows there to reveal your choices

Now you can choose "Never" to never hide the menu bar.
