PDF file flickering on WhatsApp on iPhone 12

I am using an Iphone 12. It is on the latest update. PDF files seems to be flickering in whatsapp. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

How can I stop GIFs from sending automatically in WhatsApp on iPhone? When searching Gifs cannot scroll without it automatically selecting and sending gif. Having to repeatedly delete wrong gifs. Therefore can send choice of gif. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
