Storage still full after deleting photos

i Have deleted almost all of my photos, then deleted them from my recently deleted, and then restarted my iPhone and my iPhone storage STILL shows that my photos are still taking up 81 something GB of storage. My iCloud is super clear of photos, it is just my IPhone storage. Can someone help me?

Photos taking up too much GB even after I upload my photos to Icloud So I was just looking at my Iphone Storage, and I found out that the Photos is taking up so much GB, which doesn’t make sense to me at all because I have uploaded everything to my Icloud. Please take a look at the picture i will attach down bellow and help me with a solution please. thank you.

Why is my iPhone storage still full after deleting photos? Hiya and yes, I had 8000 photos and videos. My 200gb iCloud storage was full so I decided to move most of my photos and vids to an external hard drive. My iphone storage was ok. I have now 1300 photos and videos, there’s plenty of space on icloud but my phone is complaining that iPhone storage is full. Wth… what did I do and how do I fix it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
