Listening to my iPAD with my Meta Ray Ban Smart Glasses

I want to be connected to my iPhone with my glasses and be using You Tube on my iPAD and project the sound to my glasses.

I have the iPad connected to my iPhone with Bluetooth, but I can’t see the iPhone on Device center while on an app.

missing blue tooth option on App Hi, I own an iPhone 11 and have been trying to connect some Meta smart glasses via Whatsapp, but when I open the phones settings, then apps, under Whatsapp allow access there's no blue tooth. Does anyone know how I can rectify this? The blue tooth is active on the phone and the glasses are showing.
