Apple TV+ movies aren’t free?

I am subscribed to Apple TV+. I stream mostly on a Roku TV and occasionally on iPad. Why are so many movie not free and what can I do about it?

Only Apple originals are included in the subscription, others that say rent or buy are from the Store. They just show up in the Apple TV App as well.
