iPhone 14 pro max Battery health degrading too fast in recent months. (92% in a year)

Hello!

I have a iPhone 14 pro max, the battery health is currently 92% after a year.

Recently notice, i have lost 2% health in like 1 and half month or lets say nearly 2 months.

My activities are Watching Netflix most of the time, and some time playing games.

I charge my iPhone every morning only (one time a day from 10-15% to 91%) with 20w charger

and i have a shortcut action active to put a timer when its charge is more than 90%.

Is it normal?

What should i do to prevent to safe battery?

Yes, perfectly normal, actually you are slightly ahead of the curve.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone. This is an approximation, that is why it may be plus or minus a few percent on a month to month basis.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
